Welcome! ContainerFarmMarketplace.com is run by iGrow GroupE, LLC. By using this site, you're agreeing to the terms below. We've kept them in plain English because that's how we'd want to read them too.

1. What this site is

This site is a guide to buying container farms — comparing new and pre-owned options, sharing what we've learned, and pointing you toward the right marketplace or conversation. We don't sell equipment or process payments here. If you end up buying or selling a farm through one of our related businesses, that deal will have its own paperwork.

2. Our information is a starting point, not a promise

The prices, lead times, and advice on this site are general guidance based on our experience in the industry. Markets move, and every deal is different — so please treat what you read here as a helpful starting point, not a guarantee. Before spending serious money on a container farm, do your own homework and talk to your own accountant, lawyer, or lender.

3. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, including our own iGrow family of sites and some run by other people. We can't vouch for what's on sites we don't control, and linking to something doesn't mean we endorse it.

4. Our email updates

If you sign up for market updates, we'll send you occasional emails about listings, prices, and buyer tips. You can unsubscribe anytime, and we won't sell your email address to anyone.

5. Our content is ours

The writing, design, and logos on this site belong to iGrow GroupE, LLC. Feel free to share links to the site — but please don't copy our content or use our branding for your own commercial projects without asking us first.

6. Play fair

Please don't try to break the site, scrape it wholesale, submit fake information, or use it for anything illegal. That's it — just be a decent visitor.

7. No warranties

We work hard to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is." We can't promise it will always be error-free or available.

8. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, iGrow GroupE, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages — like lost profits or lost data — that come from using this site or relying on what's here. Your best protection is the homework we recommend in section 2.
